PRODUCT MANAGER JOB OFFER

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Hobby Gardening business unit with offices in Barcelona and Lleida (Bell Lloc d’Urgell). The person we are looking for will have the main objective of supervising all aspects of the different product lines, to create a powerful and satisfactory value proposition for the client.

Functions, Tasks and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Commercial Director:

Participate in the analysis of the existing portfolio, as well as in the elaboration of the product strategy of its area of responsibility, including new products and repositioning of the current ones.
Understand product attributes and obtain feedback from different stakeholders to define functionalities and improvements to existing products.
Review the legislative compliance of the products under their supervision.
Collection and preparation of product documentation (MSDS, technical data sheets, manuals, catalogues, leaflets…).
Training and product presentations to interested parties.
Collaborate in the definition of the Annual Media Plan for the promotion of products, including the point of sale.
Participate in defining the acceptance criteria for the quality of the products in their area of responsibility.
Continuously analyze the market and competitors.
Definition and monitoring of the KPIs in your area of responsibility.

Agronomic engineering / agricultural technique.
2 years experience in a similar position
Marketing knowledge
Methodic and organized person. Planning and prioritization skills.
Spoken and written English (oral communication in a foreign language will surely be limited). French desirable.
Decisive, versatile and proactive person

What do we offer?

Salary composed of €30,000/year + incentives for objectives.
